Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to support and elevate practices across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Requirements
- Based in the DMV region and willing to travel regularly to all assigned locations
- 5+ years in dental or healthcare operations (multi-site experience required)
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong business acumen—comfortable managing KPIs, P&Ls, and change management
- A confident communicator and people-first leader who builds trust and inspires teams
- Someone with the desire and potential to grow into a Director-level leader
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Practice Managers and teams across multiple sites
- Drive performance through KPIs, strategic planning, and day-to-day coaching
- Build team culture, resolve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly
- Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical partners, and leadership
- Act as a trusted partner to your region, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
