Regional Operations Manager
About The Position
Harrington is seeking a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to oversee operations across multiple branch locations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational success across the region, from achieving P&L targets to improving warehouse performance and developing high-performing teams. You’ll work closely with Regional Sales Managers, RBOMs, and site leaders to deliver exceptional results for both our customers and the business. The assigned locations are Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville, and the candidate must be located at one of these locations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Support regional leadership in meeting operational and financial goals.
- Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee warehouse leaders to maintain inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory, vendor partnerships, and freight efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend ERP/system enhancements.
- Train, coach, and develop teams to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
