About The Position
RECO Equipment is looking for a driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations and lead performance across operations, financials, and team development. This role is key to driving profitability, strengthening customer relationships, and growing our regional footprint.
Requirements
- Proven multi-site operations leadership experience
- Strong financial and business acumen (P&L)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Industry experience in equipment, construction, or industrial preferred
- Willingness to travel
