We are committed to delivering a high level of customer service and aim to be the preferred laboratory furniture vendor. As the Regional Operations Manager for the Carolina region, you will oversee all project aspects, ensuring coordinated, quality delivery that meets our standards for value and service, on-time installation, and profitability. You will lead the Durham office and project management team, managing operational staff, personnel development (hiring, training, scheduling), and all project management functions across the Carolina territory. This includes submittals, contracts, schedules, cost control, changes, delivery, installation, and closeout. You will also maintain customer relations and collaborate with the sales team on business development and relationships with Architects/Contractors.
