About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple before- and after-school programs throughout the St. Louis area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality program delivery, operational excellence, staff development, financial performance, and strong partnerships with schools and families.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of multi-site leadership experience (5+ locations preferred).
  • Direct P&L management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between program locations.
  • Missouri DESE Center Director/Group Child Care Home Provider Certification (capacity of at least 100 children), or 120 college credit hours, including 24 child-related credits, or Four years of relevant childcare experience plus 24 child-related college credits.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations preferred.
  • Experience working with children or youth programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations of multiple school-age childcare and enrichment programs.
  • Manage program quality, staffing, budgets, and P&L performance.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop site leaders and program staff.
  • Build strong relationships with school administrators, families, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with Missouri childcare licensing requirements.
  • Support enrollment growth and promote programs within local communities.
