Requirements

Strong leadership abilities are crucial for guiding your team effectively in executing projects on time and within budget, ensuring they adhere to specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in managing field installation and maintenance operations is vital, which includes overseeing personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
A solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes is required to conduct operations in compliance with company policies.
Adept analytical skills to conduct cost analysis, accurately estimating expected costs for various projects.
Ability to perform Risk Assessment and report on identified risks, as well as providing actionable recommendations based on your risk analysis.
Familiarity with relevant software tools that facilitate these functions will further enhance your success in this role.
