About The Position

Regional Operations Manager – Southwest Region Locations: Brea, CA & Pasadena (Houston), TX Travel Required: Approximately 50% (alternating weeks between facilities) Lead Two High-Performing Label Manufacturing Operations Are you an accomplished manufacturing executive with deep experience in the pressure-sensitive label industry? Do you have a proven track record of leading multiple facilities, driving operational excellence, and delivering strong financial results? Imprimus Labels & Packaging is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Brea, California, and Pasadena, Texas. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability while developing high-performing leadership teams and supporting the company's continued growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
  • 5+ years of plant management experience with full P&L responsibility
  • Experience managing multiple manufacturing locations
  • Extensive experience within the pressure-sensitive label industry
  • Strong knowledge of flexographic printing, digital printing, converting, and finishing operations
  • Demonstrated success in improving productivity, quality, customer service, and financial performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between California and Texas facilities

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a private equity-backed manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations across two facilities
  • Lead and mentor Plant Managers and site leadership teams
  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and profitability
  • Manage plant financial performance, budgets, and capital investments
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives
  • Support workforce development, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Participate in major customer meetings and strategic business initiatives
