About The Position

Sheepgate is a Christ-centered, long-term residential program helping men and women find freedom from addiction and experience lasting life change. We’re seeking a highly organized, mission-driven Regional Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our regional office. This role is key to keeping our organization running smoothly by overseeing administrative systems, finances, personnel records, and office processes across our centers. Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in administration, office management, or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic financial systems
• High attention to detail and ability to follow through
• A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Alignment with Sheepgate’s mission and values
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience in nonprofit or ministry settings
• Background in accounting, HR, or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and improve systems for efficiency
• Manage employee records, benefits tracking, and HR-related administration
• Coordinate financial processes including accounts payable, payroll, and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and accreditation requirements
• Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and partners
• Support leadership with administrative and operational needs
• Help maintain organized records, documents, and internal systems
• Assist with facility oversight, inventory, and purchasing
