We're seeking a Regional Office Coordinator to support the Greater Toronto Regional Office and Regional Communications and Marketing teams. You'll manage day-to-day operations, handle administrative tasks, and support key initiatives—enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities. The role splits across three areas: ~50% Regional Operating Officer and office administration; ~25% marketing support (events, ticketing, reporting); and ~25% communications administration. You'll drive operational excellence, ensure brand consistency, and deliver exceptional client and community experiences.
