Medeco, a leader in high-security locking solutions and part of ASSA ABLOY, is searching for a Regional OEM Sales Manager to spearhead growth in OEM and industrial markets across a defined U.S. region. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required).
  • Proven ability to prospect, hunt, develop new business, and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds quotas; thrives on performance metrics.
  • Comfortable with mechanical concepts and tools like CRM systems, laptops, and IoT-enabled solutions.
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and motivated to succeed in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience with security hardware, industrial products, or keying systems.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop new OEM and industrial accounts while expanding relationships with existing partners and service centers.
  • Identify market opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and other functional groups to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Monitor competitive activity and customer needs to keep Medeco at the forefront of the high security industry.
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing events to showcase our products and strengthen our brand presence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project success.
