The Regional Nurse Administrator provides operational, clinical, and administrative leadership and support for nursing and medical assistant practice across multiple Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) sites. This role works closely with medical, operational, and quality leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient care that aligns with FQHC standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. The Regional Nurse Administrator oversees clinical nursing workflows, nurse and MA scope of practice, competency validation, staffing support, and mentorship for clinical personnel. This individual is a key leader in standardizing clinical operations and advancing team performance.
