About The Position
Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC, is seeking a talented Clinical Services Director (Regional Nurse Consultant) to provide consultation and support to a number of client centers. This Regional Nurse Consultant will support a number of client skilled nursing communities located in South Carolina. Must live in South Carolina to be considered. Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date!
Requirements
- Must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator.
- Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role; must have Skilled Nursing (long term care experience - Director of Nursing experience required).
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN), BSN with a valid RN license.
- Must be willing to travel to assigned facilities by personal automobile or by air - overnight travel may be required.
- Reliable transportation required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Nurse Consultant experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client centers on system implementation/evaluation.
- Reviewing compliance with all appropriate state, federal guidelines/regulations, in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Works with all facility departments to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient/resident centered programming.
- Assists facilities with the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.
