The Regional New Truck Sales Director is responsible for achieving sales, after sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability objectives for assigned areas. This role owns the overall performance of the area(s) and supports sales performance goals for the region. The Director will drive goal attainment in all sales categories, focusing on expanding existing customer growth, new customer acquisition, and overall customer retention. This includes managing day-to-day sales activity, driving accountability, and leading sales teams to ensure a maintained sales pipeline for activity and results. The role also involves maintaining and expanding relationships with the existing customer base, growing market share through sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines and processes, and increasing profitability to achieve revenue, gross margin, operating income, and P&L targets. Maintaining competitive awareness and market pricing is also a key function, along with performing all other duties as assigned.
