Mineralys is a fully remote company. The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned region. This leader will be accountable for translating national strategy into regional execution, driving business performance through strong field leadership, cross-functional partnership, and disciplined execution against launch objectives. The RSD will build and lead a high-performing team of territory managers, foster deep customer relationships, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities, compliance standards, and Mineralys’ values. This is a highly visible field leadership role requiring strong business acumen, launch experience, and the ability to lead with urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
