About The Position

The Regional Multi Lot Operations & Construction Manager is responsible for a variety of tasks related to contract closings, project coordination, customer service, database management, and commission calculations. This role requires evaluating sales agreements, coordinating with contractors, managing project costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position involves significant autonomy in decision-making regarding vendor selection, scheduling, customer negotiations, and data updates.

  • Willing to Travel up to 50% locally and during normal business hours

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating initial sales agreements against final finance documents and creating final sales agreements to coincide with finance documents.
  • Making changes to sales agreements during closings if issues arise and reprinting revised documents.
  • Gathering additional lender-required items during the funding process at their discretion.
  • Gathering bids and managing projects through completion, identifying the best vendor for each project.
  • Switching vendors if not satisfied with work quality or progress.
  • Altering the scheduling of vendor work based on changes in customer or company priorities.
  • Holding vendors accountable to written work estimates for discrepancies.
  • Searching for recommended new vendors and eliminating poor quality vendors.
  • Providing management with evaluation reports of internal and external customers and recommending process improvements.
  • Arranging, modifying, and authorizing service via factories or vendors for customer satisfaction and contract completion.
  • Altering the schedule or scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction and contract completion.
  • Directly communicating with dissatisfied customers and negotiating solutions.
  • Escalating issues to upper management for substantial costs or when advice is needed.
  • Making recommendations to management for replies to customers or government bodies for conflict resolution.
  • Updating deal tracking and deal status reports based on their assessment of the deal.
  • Using company applications to update missing information from deals as seen fit.
  • Reviewing costing for commission payments and entering key information for commission payments.
