About The Position

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a part-time Regional Member Advisor to support our East Region branch locations. As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create a positive experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems

Nice To Haves

• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open and maintain deposit accounts
• Assist members with consumer loan applications
• Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
• Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
• Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
