About The Position

As a Regional Member Relationship Advisor I, you'll help members achieve financial success by building relationships, identifying financial needs, and connecting them with the right products and services. This role combines exceptional member service, relationship building, sales, lending, and operational support while contributing to the success of the financial center and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Member Service: Conduct financial wellness conversations and identify member needs. Provide personalized recommendations and financial guidance. Create a positive experience that strengthens member loyalty.
Grow Member Relationships: Open and maintain consumer and business accounts. Develop new member relationships and deepen existing ones. Follow up on referrals, appointments, and business opportunities.
Provide Financial Solutions: Recommend loans, credit cards, deposit products, and other financial services. Assist members through the lending process and complete accurate loan documentation. Support financial center sales and service goals.
Support Financial Center Operations: Assist with teller transactions and daily branch activities as needed. Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive member solutions. Provide coverage at financial centers throughout the assigned region.
Ensure Compliance & Community Engagement: Follow all regulatory, operational, and risk management requirements. Maintain knowledge of credit union policies and procedures. Represent AmeriCU through community involvement and outreach efforts.
