About The Position

Bryten is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This remote position supports regional operational leadership in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy for properties. The specialist will act as the marketing subject matter expert for their assigned portfolio, collaborating closely with regional asset directors. Success in this role requires a self-starter attitude, strong multi-tasking abilities, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is adept at asking thoughtful questions, presenting complex information clearly, and has a passion for marketing.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for Onsite Team Members and Regional Asset Directors.
  • Present marketing strategies, tactics, and performance to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with Onsite Team Members and Regional Asset Directors on marketing programs to enhance property performance and support portfolio goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for stabilized and/or lease-up communities, evaluating ongoing performance and reporting data aligned with KPIs.
  • Participate in the property takeover/onboarding process, ensuring all marketing tasks (website, collateral, signage, paid digital, social media, ILS) are ready for launch.
  • Project manage the development of community-specific digital assets and collateral materials.
  • Provide marketing budget recommendations for acquisitions and support annual budgeting efforts.
  • Develop and conduct portfolio trainings for new programs and continuing education on marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct monthly touchpoints with Regional Asset Directors and Property Managers to review marketing performance, client expectations, and adjust strategy, tactics, and investment.
  • Meet with advertising and marketing partners regularly to review services, confirm rates, recommend providers, monitor performance, and fine-tune services/budgets.
  • Provide marketing training and best practices to Onsite Team Members.
  • Oversee Onsite Team Members' completion of marketing audits (ILS, lead tracking, website, concessions, paid ad copy).
  • Collaborate and participate in marketing quarterly and annual program goals/projects.
