Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or ophthalmology experience preferred)
  • Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and people

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing efforts across your region, connecting strategy with execution
  • Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competition to build targeted marketing plans
  • Launch and manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Track performance (ROI & KPIs) and continuously optimizing growth
  • Travel to clinic locations, support local initiatives, and ensure marketing is aligned on the ground
  • Partner with sales, leadership, and vendors to drive alignment and performance
  • Identify grassroots opportunities and creative ways to grow each market
  • Evaluate and improve patient experience across all touchpoints
  • Recruit, train, and manage regional marketing team members
  • Lead multi-location marketing strategy across digital, traditional, referral, and community channels
  • Drive patient acquisition for premium surgical services including LASIK, cataract, dry eye, and specialty care
  • Manage agency partners, media buys, SEO, PPC, social media, and creative production
  • Analyze ROI, lead quality, conversion funnels, and campaign performance
  • Build physician referral growth strategies and co-management outreach programs
  • Oversee brand consistency across all markets and touchpoints
  • Launch promotions, events, webinars, and growth initiatives
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, operations, call center, and sales teams
