The Regional Marketing Manager leads all marketing and communications for a portfolio of Vos Collection clinics based in LA and the surrounding region. This role is responsible for driving growth across cosmetic dermatology and medical aesthetics lines through integrated brand storytelling, digital marketing, community engagement, and lifecycle communication. The Regional Marketing Manager will collaborate directly with Clinic Manager(s) and lead providers to align marketing strategy with business goals, growth priorities, and patient experience objectives. This is a highly collaborative role, working in close partnership with the Director of Clinic Marketing and the Regional Operations team to achieve business objectives through locally relevant marketing strategy and activation. One Marketing Specialist reports directly to this position, supporting daily content execution, community engagement, and creative production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
5-7 years of marketing experience in aesthetics, luxury, beauty, or healthcare.
2+ years experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams preferred.
Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and social media strategy.
Hands-on experience with website management, SEO, email/SMS automation, and conversion optimization.
Strong grasp of digital marketing, branding, and analytics.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and CRM/automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar).
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Sanity) and analytics dashboards.
Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
Excellent communication, writing, and creative direction skills.
Strategic and creative thinker with operational rigor.
Highly collaborative and comfortable working with clinical leadership.
Organized, data-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about aesthetics, design, and delivering world-class patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with Regional Operations, Clinic Manager(s), and lead providers to define annual marketing goals and growth priorities.
Develop and maintain the yearly marketing calendar, mapping out campaigns, key moments, and promotional initiatives across all channels.
Lead monthly and quarterly planning sessions to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and clinic performance.
Represent marketing within the Vos Collection Regional Operations and Clinic teams, contributing to discussions on patient acquisition, brand growth, and reputation.
Build and execute integrated marketing plans that elevate brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support patient retention.
Oversee campaign planning, creative execution, and performance tracking across digital, social, and in-clinic initiatives.
Collaborate with the Vos Collection marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency and share best practices.
Manage and update all clinic website(s) to keep treatment content, provider bios, and Before & After galleries current and engaging.
Identify and execute improvements to SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
Partner with Vos Collection and agency teams to design and optimize landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and patient funnels.
Plan and deploy email newsletters, promotions, and educational content aligned with the marketing calendar.
Manage patient lifecycle communications across email and SMS — including lead nurturing, consultation reminders, reactivation, and retention campaigns.
Collaborate with Vos Collection CRM and HubSpot teams to develop automated journeys that enhance patient engagement and loyalty.
Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics to continuously optimize performance.
Lead overall content strategy and oversee three Marketing Specialists responsible for daily execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Guide content creation, photography, and video production that highlight providers, treatments, and brand storytelling.
Track social analytics and adjust strategy to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
Build relationships with local media, influencers, and brand partners to strengthen visibility and credibility.
Coordinate with PR Agency for earned media, speaking engagements, and industry recognition opportunities.
Plan and execute in-clinic events, VIP experiences, and community activations that drive awareness and loyalty.
Develop partnerships with local luxury, wellness, and lifestyle brands to expand the clinic’s reach and influence.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
Maintain the clinic’s marketing calendar, KPI dashboards, and reporting tools to track results and communicate progress.
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for optimization.
Ensure compliance with aesthetic industry and advertising regulations.
