About The Position

The Regional Marketing Manager – Club Pilates drives studio growth across an assigned territory by leading regional and local marketing strategy, coaching franchisees, and operationalizing campaigns that increase intro visits, memberships, and member lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in multi-location, franchise, or retail/fitness environments.
  • Strong understanding of local store marketing, demand generation, and full-funnel member journeys (lead → intro offer → member → retention/reactivation).
  • Experience coaching non-marketers (owners/GMs/front-desk) to execute playbooks and follow lead management processes.
  • Comfortable with marketing and sales technology (CRM, marketing automation, paid media platforms, reporting dashboards).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and build trust with franchisees and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that support acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across all studios in the territory.
  • Coach franchise owners and studio managers on local marketing best practices, including grassroots, community partnerships, referral programs, and in-studio activations.
  • Localize and roll out national campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives, ensuring they are executed consistently and on time at the studio level.
  • Analyze regional performance (leads, trial offers, intro packages, memberships, cost per lead, cost per acquisition) and recommend actions to improve ROI.
  • Partner with the centralized/corporate marketing team on paid media, email, CRM, and social plans that drive traffic and conversion for studios in the region.
  • Lead regular check-ins to review marketing calendars, KPIs, lead follow-up processes, and sales funnels.
  • Support new studio openings and key events (pre-sale, soft opening, grand opening, anniversaries) with launch playbooks, marketing timelines, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all local marketing touchpoints, including social content, email, print collateral, and community-facing materials.
  • Identify high-performing studios and codify their marketing playbooks into scalable templates, trainings, and tools for the wider region.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and brand leadership to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals and franchisee needs.
