About the Role We are looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator to help bring our marketing strategies to life at the community level across South Western Ontario. This role serves as the local extension of our centralized marketing team, ensuring every community receives consistent, strategic marketing support while bringing local market insights back to the organization. You will support multiple properties within an assigned region through content creation, community partnerships, local marketing initiatives, and on-site campaign execution. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, being in the field, and creating meaningful marketing experiences within the communities they support. The successful candidate will balance hands-on local execution with strong coordination, using property needs, resident/prospect insights, and local market activity to help strengthen brand awareness and support leasing performance.
