About The Position

Housing Connector is a tech-for-good nonprofit expanding access to housing and helping people remain housed. It partners with property owners and managers to reduce barriers to housing and provides financial protections and support for residents and housing providers. The Regional Managing Director is the senior market leader overseeing operations across three established markets: Seattle, Portland, and Denver. Reporting to the COO, this role translates organizational strategy into regional priorities and measurable results, while leading market leaders and their teams. The position is accountable for regional performance, strategy execution, partnership management, funding growth, and operational excellence. The role requires strategic judgment, strong people leadership, and the ability to bring structure to complexity while remaining hands-on when needed. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring work from a local Housing Connector office at least one day per week.
