Regional Manager - Medical Spa and Wellness Operations

PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting•Raleigh, NC
•$80,000 - $85,000•Onsite

About The Position

A growing anti-aging and wellness brand is opening its second North Carolina center this fall, and is looking for an experienced multi-unit operator to lead both locations through the launch and into steady, profitable growth. This is an active leadership assignment, not a steady-state role. Your first 90 to 120 days are almost entirely focused on getting the new center to a strong membership base fast, while keeping the established center running well at the same time. If you want a role where the first quarter's results are genuinely on your shoulders, this is built for you. This brand is a national anti-aging, wellness, and longevity network with more than 70 centers open. This role oversees two centers owned by the same local operator: an established center in North Raleigh and a brand-new center opening this fall in Wake Forest, about fifteen minutes apart. You will have direct support from the brand's own operations coaching team throughout your first year.

Requirements

  • Proven multi-unit management experience, ideally in medical spa, wellness, fitness, or another service-provider industry.
  • A track record of opening or ramping a new location, including pre-opening staffing and marketing support.
  • Comfort owning P&L, scheduling, payroll, and inventory across more than one site.
  • Proven success leading teams and hitting sales goals: revenue, rebooking, and membership targets.
  • Strong communicator who can work independently and report clearly to ownership and a coaching team.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical spa or aesthetics experience is a strong plus but not required. We have seen excellent operators come from adjacent service-provider backgrounds, including massage, wellness, and fitness franchises, who bring strong systems and people leadership to a new environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across two centers, driving consistency, compliance, and brand standards at both.
  • Lead the launch of a brand-new location: staffing, pre-opening marketing support, and membership pre-sales, working closely with ownership and the brand's operations team.
  • Own P&L performance, payroll, and cost management across both locations.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop center teams including patient care staff, estheticians, and clinical providers.
  • Drive membership sales and retention KPIs, with a focused push to build membership volume at the new location in its first 90 to 120 days.
  • Partner with local marketing and community outreach to build each center's presence in its market.

Benefits

  • $80,000 to $85,000 base, commensurate with multi-unit experience, plus a performance-based incentive tied to revenue and membership growth with real upside based on results.
