About The Position

The Regional Manager (RM) is a key strategic leader responsible for attaining expectations in all aspects of operational performance for their assigned hotels. This role involves managing and leading General Managers, implementing all company standards, and executing operational initiatives that maintain efficiency and produce positive results across the portfolio. The RM ensures the successful operation, growth, and financial health of assigned hotels through proactive management and strategic oversight. This includes driving portfolio performance, managing property openings, implementing company standards, and leading teams.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of multi-site management experience.
  • 1 or more years of creating, implementing, and monitoring corporate initiatives.
  • Track record of high performance in revenue generation through sales & marketing.
  • Track record of controlling & reducing costs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to stay overnight on location as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Extended stay experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead General Managers to achieve portfolio performance goals.
  • Implement, support, and maintain all company standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Train, develop, and inspire teams of managers and hourly associates.
  • Manage P&L against budget, maximizing profit through spending and labor controls, cost reductions, and revenue increases.
  • Implement and manage sales programs to drive revenue.
  • Conduct area market analysis and collaborate on marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate on revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and market share.
  • Focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty through service, product, and experience.
  • Review customer feedback and take action to evolve service models.
  • Monitor property for compliance in results and responses.
  • Ensure the excellent condition of each asset to maximize guest and owner satisfaction.
  • Inspect buildings to ensure brand standards are met and enforce all policies and procedures.
  • Manage property openings both within and outside the portfolio with a focus on time and quality objectives.
