About The Position
Reputable engineering firm is hiring a Regional Manager for their Indiana team! This role involves leading and developing the office in Indianapolis, supervising staff working on preliminary and design engineering services, and working with local agencies and private clients in Indiana. The position also includes assisting with business development by preparing proposals and attending meetings, as well as mentoring and training junior staff.
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of transportation projects working with INDOT and Indiana LPAs
- Supervisory experience
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working with the City of Indianapolis preferred
Responsibilities
