About The Position

The Regional Manager is responsible for managing multiple branch locations and overseeing Branch Managers within the division. This role drives profitable growth within the division and supervises branch managers, operations managers, and underwriters. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and multitask effectively. Employees are expected to conform to company policies, contribute to a respectful and innovative workplace, and align actions with PRMI values. They should partner with their management team, embrace change, maintain high customer care standards, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The role requires clear communication, computer utilization, maintaining a work schedule, and performing effectively in an office setting. Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws, as well as PRMI policies, is mandatory. The ability to work extended hours may be required.

Requirements

  • Has experience running multiple branch locations
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Utilize a computer
  • Maintain a work schedule
  • Effectively perform in an office setting
  • Maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information
  • Physical attendance in a defined office space (i.e. branch or corporate office location)
  • Compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies
