About The Position

This position is responsible for managing multiple branch locations and overseeing Branch Managers within the division. The Regional Manager reports directly to the Division Manager and is tasked with driving profitable growth within their assigned division.

Requirements

Has experience running multiple branch locations
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
Multi-tasking ability
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Communicate clearly and effectively
Utilize a computer
Maintain a work schedule
Effectively perform in an office setting
Maintain a work schedule
Compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.

Responsibilities

Manages multiple branch locations
Oversees and supervises Branch Managers within the division
Reports directly to Division Manager
Drives profitable growth within the division
Supervises multiple branch managers, operations managers, and underwriters who report directly to Regional Manager within the Division
