About The Position
The Regional Manager provides extensive leadership and direction to specialty and primary care physician practices. The role manages the operational, financial, quality, and regulatory compliance aspects of 5–10 off-site medical practices. Working collaboratively with physicians, practice managers, office managers, staff, Temple Physicians, Inc. leadership, and support departments, the Regional Manager helps ensure the successful operation of high-quality, efficient office practices. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating and communicating with the broader operations team, and implementing and integrating organizational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Two years of experience in a supervisory role required.
Nice To Haves
- Five years of experience in physician relations, practice management, and/or hospital administration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to specialty and primary care physician practices.
