About The Position

SRG Residential is seeking experienced property management professionals for the San Diego and Inland Empire areas to support our growing portfolio! These positions will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.

Requirements

• Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role
• Must have experience in multi-family property management
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience managing 3rd party client relationships
• Strong financial background
• Must be able to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prefer 2-4 years experience as a Regional Manager
• Lease-up experience preferred but not required
• Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)
