As a Regional Operations Manager for the DC/VA/MD region, your daily responsibilities will revolve around ensuring effective operations that aligns with our values. You will oversee field operations, coordinating efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations. Each day, you'll ensure that installation & maintenance operations meet performance standards. Your role will involve regular participation in project delivery meetings, where you will track progress and address any challenges.

Requirements

Strong leadership abilities
Proficiency in managing field installation and maintenance operations
Solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes
Adept analytical skills
Ability to perform Risk Assessment and report on identified risks
Familiarity with relevant software tools that facilitate these functions

Responsibilities

Oversee field operations, coordinating efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations.
Ensure that installation & maintenance operations meet performance standards.
Regular participation in project delivery meetings, where you will track progress and address any challenges.
Guiding your team effectively in executing projects on time and within budget, ensuring they adhere to specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
Managing field installation and maintenance operations, which includes overseeing personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
Conducting operations in compliance with company policies.
Conduct cost analysis, accurately estimating expected costs for various projects.
Perform Risk Assessment and report on identified risks, as well as providing actionable recommendations based on your risk analysis.
