This position supports Central Region security operations while providing meaningful HQ (Las Colinas) security support in partnership with the Senior Manager, RSO. The role is designed to build operational depth and continuity at HQ while contributing to regional priorities such as investigations support, audits, and security program execution. This person will work collaboratively with the Senior Manager and Director, Regional Security Operations and other members of the Global Security & Safety (GSS) team to successfully build, maintain, and strategically influence relationships across all areas of the company (HR/ER, Communications, Meeting & Events Services, Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance and Real Estate), while championing GSS initiatives. This role includes a deliberate development path to build bench strength and future HQ continuity, working alongside the Senior Manager, RSO while maintaining clear role boundaries and ownership.
