About The Position

We recently opened a new location in a fast-paced, growing market, and we need a "Top Gun" to lead the team. You will lead a team of fitness professionals with experience ranging from weeks to decades. You will be working with our collegiate partners, providing support to universities' health services programs.

Requirements

• 3-years’ proven work experience with the big-box gym environment
• 3-Years managing within the Fitness Industry
• Current resident within 30 Minutes of Ft Myers.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in managing Sales, Training, Group Fitness, and Functional Training Departments

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fitness professionals with experience ranging from weeks to decades.
• Work with collegiate partners, providing support to universities' health services programs.
• Drive New Member Training Units.
• Hire, lead, and positively develop a staff of fitness professionals through teaching, demonstrating, and coaching.
• Create a positive people-focused team culture.
• Manage sales, training, group fitness, and functional training departments.
• Grow a multifaceted organization, bringing together cross-functional departments, and creating synergy across the company.
• Self-generate business revenue.
