Regional Manager – Multi-Family

This is a rare hybrid role for someone who can run a tight portfolio and lead construction and renovation projects from the ground up. You'll work side by side with our COO and CEO, serving as a trusted representative of leadership — taking ownership of projects, solving problems independently, and keeping the big picture on track. Requirements
- 5+ years as a Regional Manager or senior multi-family property leader
- Real construction or project management chops — renovations, capital projects, or new builds
- A track record of working closely with executives and senior decision-makers
- Fluency in OneSite and BlueMoon, including reporting, compliance, and lease administration
- A sharp eye for budgets, financial reporting, and construction processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort managing multiple projects and priorities at once
- Willingness to travel regularly between properties and project sites

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day performance of a multi-property portfolio — operations, budgets, results
- Conduct regular property visits and inspections to uphold operational standards
- Review property performance and roll out action plans to drive improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policy and applicable laws across the portfolio
- Use OneSite and BlueMoon to track performance, compliance, and reporting accuracy
- Lead renovation, capital improvement, and new construction projects start to finish
- Partner with contractors, architects, and vendors to keep projects on time and on budget
- Review bids, proposals, scopes of work, and project costs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work meets company standards for quality and safety
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, keeping them moving and on track
- Step in as a trusted voice for the COO, CEO, and senior leadership, making smart calls on their behalf
- Bring solutions and recommendations to leadership — not just problems
- Provide regular updates on project status, budgets, risks, and operational issues
- Keep communication flowing between leadership, property teams, contractors, and vendors
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets across the portfolio
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and delinquency trends
- Review and approve capital expenditures and major operational costs within your authority
- Push occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention forward
- Support marketing initiatives that drive traffic and leases
- Recruit, train, and mentor Community Managers and on-site teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and coach for professional growth
- Foster a positive, accountable, results-driven culture
- Support on-site teams in resolving resident concerns and protecting community reputation
