About The Position

The Regional Manager, Living Options & Services facilitates and manages the operations of assigned group homes and other living arrangements for people with disabilities. This role leads a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure the development of quality, individualized living services that maximize choice, person-centered thinking, and inclusive opportunities. The Regional Manager focuses on coaching and managing assigned team members, planning and support for persons served, and quality of services, while partnering across the organization to align and transform services to Fello's strategic vision, Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) waiver guidelines, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Community Setting Rule. This position is a member of the Leadership Council and is designated as essential, requiring availability during times of emergency. This position must meet the qualifications of a DSP and complete all required trainings, including obtaining and maintaining Medical Technician Certification (CMT).

Requirements

  • Five or more years supporting people with disabilities.
  • Three or more years managing DSPs.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Exercises good judgment under pressure.
  • Communicates professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and related technology tools.
  • High school diploma.
  • Valid Maryland Driver's License with no egregious violations.
  • Ability to drive is a requirement of the position.
  • Must complete all required trainings, including obtaining and maintaining Medical Technician Certification (CMT).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Master's degree in social work, education, or a related field is a plus.
