About The Position

As a privately-owned, biopharmaceutical company, Ferring pioneers and delivers life-changing therapies that help people build families and live better lives. Our culture is focused on cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and long-term perspective that enables us to achieve growth and scale, while remaining agile and true to our ‘people first’ philosophy. Built on a 70-year plus commitment, Ferring is relentless in its pursuit of scientific innovations in areas that have not seen significant progress in recent years and where there is potential for real breakthroughs that can benefit patients. Ferring is recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, included on Fortune’s Change the World List, and Ferring US is Great Place to Work® Certified. Role overview: At Ferring we are on a mission to transform the treatment of radicular leg pain from lumbar disc herniation with a novel, only-in-class intradiscal therapy that offers patients a non-surgical intervention to treat pain not resolved by conservative treatment. As a Regional Manager, you will lead a trailblazing team of interventional spine sales professionals responsible for launching a novel, only-in-class intradiscal therapy. You will be responsible for developing strategies and driving execution that generates demand across office, ASC, and hospital settings. This is not a traditional sales leadership role, it is a hybrid of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. This is an opportunity to lead a results driven team to revolutionize a market, transform physician behavior, and redefine the standard of care.
