About The Position

As a privately-owned, biopharmaceutical company, Ferring pioneers and delivers life-changing therapies that help people build families and live better lives. Our culture is focused on cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and long-term perspective that enables us to achieve growth and scale, while remaining agile and true to our ‘people first’ philosophy. Built on a 70-year plus commitment, Ferring is relentless in its pursuit of scientific innovations in areas that have not seen significant progress in recent years and where there is potential for real breakthroughs that can benefit patients. Ferring is recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, included on Fortune’s Change the World List, and Ferring US is Great Place to Work® Certified. Role Overview: At Ferring we are on a mission to transform the treatment of radicular leg pain from lumbar disc herniation with a novel, first-in-class intradiscal therapy that offers patients non-surgical intervention to treat pain not resolved by conservative treatment. As a Clinical Specialist you will serve as a field‑based clinical expert responsible for training healthcare providers and their staff on the safe and effective administration technique for an intradiscal therapy. You will serve as the clinical authority during early procedures, ensuring site readiness, providing hands-on technique support, and guiding physicians and staff to achieve safe, effective, and repeatable treatment outcomes. Through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, you will deliver field insights, enhance training resources, and help drive successful product adoption across key practices. This is not a traditional clinical support role. This is a unique medical device/pharmaceutical position responsible for ensuring procedural expertise, overcoming obstacles to adoption and shaping the integration of a new standard of care for radicular leg pain associated with Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH). Ferring is a place where you can do your best work and where you are empowered to share innovative ideas, maximize your growth potential, work collaboratively, and know your voice is heard and opinions are valued.
