This specific role focuses on transforming the treatment of radicular leg pain from lumbar disc herniation with a novel, intradiscal therapy. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption and performance of this therapy within high-value health systems, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), and large pain/interventional spine provider groups. The role involves establishing the clinical and economic value proposition, developing account strategies, addressing access and reimbursement challenges, and ensuring sites are prepared for product onboarding and procedural readiness. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, market access, medical, and reimbursement teams.
