Everyday. The Director, Regional GTM (AMS) will drive the execution, adoption, and commercial impact of Ogury’s global GTM strategy across the Americas. You will translate global strategy into tangible regional revenue growth, ensuring that positioning, offerings, and sales narratives are effectively localized, operationalized, and adopted by Sales teams. As the commercial bridge between Global GTM and the AMS market, you’ll partner closely with Regional MDs, Sales Leaders, Insights, Product, and Field Marketing to unlock new opportunities, accelerate revenue, and scale impact across the region. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally across AdTech, programmatic, or Retail Media ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial instinct with hands-on experience shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to influence senior sales leadership, partnering with regional leaders to drive alignment and commercial impact.
  • A strategic thinker who can turn vision into action, translating high-level strategy into clear operational plans.
  • Naturally collaborative, comfortable working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver results.
  • Data-driven storyteller, able to turn insights and performance metrics into compelling narratives that resonate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and localise the regional GTM strategy across AMS, adapting global positioning, messaging, and offer packaging to reflect regional market dynamics and key verticals such as CPG, Auto, and Retail.
  • Drive revenue acceleration by partnering with regional leadership and sales teams to grow pipeline, support strategic pitches, and unlock new commercial opportunities.
  • Enable the field to win, ensuring sales teams understand what to sell, when to sell it, how to position it, and why Ogury’s solutions outperform competitors.
  • Lead regional sales enablement initiatives, including training programs, certification, and ongoing support to maximise adoption of priority offerings such as CTV, Retail Media, and Persona-based solutions.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights, tracking developments across RMNs, DSPs, Open Web platforms, and walled gardens, while translating field insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Act as the regional voice of the customer, feeding structured feedback from clients, agencies, and sales teams into Global GTM to influence product roadmap priorities and ensure strong product-market fit.
