The Regional Manager will also coordinate training, provide coaching and mentoring to Career Navigators, and collaborate with other managers to meet program needs. A key aspect of the role is contributing to continuous improvement through data analytics and ensuring compliance with various regulations and policies. The position also involves overseeing site facilities and providing support to staff and participants.
