The Regional Manager – ABA is a hybrid clinical and operational leadership position responsible for both the delivery of high-quality patient care and the performance and growth of Pediatric Therapies Hawaii’s ABA service line. The role will generally be divided approximately 50/50 between direct clinical responsibilities as a BCBA and administrative, operational, and business development responsibilities, with the balance flexing based on patient volume, staffing, and business needs. As the primary operational leader for ABA, the Regional Manager will have direct supervisory responsibility for all ABA employees, including BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff, and will be accountable for clinical quality, patient outcomes, team performance, operational execution, and service-line growth. Business development responsibilities will include referral development, building relationships with physicians and community partners, conducting outreach, advancing growth initiatives, and identifying new opportunities to expand ABA services. The Regional Manager reports directly to the COO and serves as the primary link between ABA clinical operations and the broader organizational strategy of PTH.
