Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Dallas, TX
About The Position

We are looking for individuals who have detailed functional knowledge and understanding of managing assets, portfolios, performing exceptional customer service, and experience leading teams to oversee residential maintenance work orders, and customer service. including expertise in executing necessary repairs needed to bring the home to meet company standards, and create a safe and enjoyable habitat for tenants. Your key objective is to ensure your team meets the company’s and departments KPI’s. This is an office-based position based in downtown Dallas, TX at the Evergreen corporate office.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in single family maintenance or Multi-family maintenance
- Proficient in outlook, Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint, etc
- Minimum of 2 years customer service and call center management
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in similar field is preferred
- Certifications and licenses (EPA certified, Lead and Asbestos) are preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the maintenance dispatch team for your assigned region
- Conduct onboarding and recurring training for new and current staff
- Ensure your dispatch team meets timelines, cost and quality KPIs of all work orders
- Prepare regular reports for management with budgets, and performance of region
- Work with supply chain teams to increase the vendor base in all markets where needed
- Partner with Field Maintenance Managers to align on field staff KPIs on a weekly basis
- Enforce all high urgency/priority and safety regulations for all work orders
- Manage and oversee all Escalations maintenance work orders within your region
- Oversee all staff responsibilities
- Drive internal field performance by assigning 70% of Work Orders to field staff
- Projects and additional duties as requested
