About The Position

Natural Cycles is a women's health company that developed the world's first birth control app. They are a fast-growing startup with an international working environment and offices in Stockholm, Geneva, New York, and remote. The company's mission is to pioneer women's health through research and passion, empowering women with knowledge about their health. They are seeking a compliance-driven Regional Logistics Specialist to establish and manage their supply chain in Brazil and support other new markets. This role is crucial for connecting global operations with local regulatory requirements, ensuring stock replenishment, order management, and maintaining trade compliance for smooth cross-border movement of goods. The role is based in the São Paulo area.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is non-negotiable.
  • Deep knowledge of local market trade compliance and in-country operations, including HS classification, documentation requirements, and customs valuations.
  • 5+ years of experience in LATAM trade compliance.
  • Direct experience with Linnworks (or similar OMS like NetSuite).
  • Hands-on experience with RADAR/SISCOMEX (Brazil).
  • Strong understanding of LATAM import taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS in Brazil).
  • Experience coordinating and communicating with global internal partners to ensure alignment on compliance and supply continuity needs.
  • BA degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Medical device experience is a plus.
  • Experience with VUCEM/SOIA (Mexico).

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage the RADAR license in Brazil.
  • Monitor SISCOMEX entries for accuracy, manage Habilitação tiers, and ensure import declarations (DI/DUIMP) align with financial reporting.
  • Support the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics in new market expansion, ensuring operational readiness based on local regulatory requirements.
  • Vet and manage local customs brokers in responsible markets, auditing their performance and ensuring correct Harmonized System (HS) code classification.
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment and receipt of goods under warehouse SLAs.
  • Ensure real-time inventory synchronization and troubleshoot order errors between 3PLs and the global OMS (Linnworks).
  • Assist in customer returns.
  • Ensure local tax requirements (like the Brazilian NF-e / Nota Fiscal) are triggered correctly upon order fulfillment.
  • Develop and oversee KPIs for logistics and fulfillment performance, warehouse SLAs, and other service partner metrics.
  • Lead the RFP process for 3PL providers, local packaging suppliers, and print partners in Brazil and support new markets.
  • Negotiate contracts that balance cost-efficiency with high-service levels for direct-to-consumer and B2B distribution.
  • Strategize and execute the logistics flow for Amazon FBA or other b2b distribution channels in Brazil and new markets.
