The World Economic Forum is seeking participants for its Early Careers Program (ECP) for Fall 2026, focusing on the North America and Latin America Regional Teams. This 6-month temporary employment opportunity is based in New York and requires candidates to work on-site three days per week. The Early Careers Program is designed for bachelor's and master's program graduates with a maximum of 3 years of cumulative work experience. Participants will gain valuable real-world experience and contribute fresh ideas to the Forum's mission of driving public-private cooperation to address global challenges. The North America and Latin America teams, within the Centre for Regions, Trade and Geopolitics, act as the main point of contact for policymakers in the Americas, providing research, insights, and policy solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in event management, research, knowledge product distribution, and stakeholder engagement.
