About The Position
Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Regional Loan Officer for its Omaha location. This role offers the opportunity to run your own business remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella, with uncapped commissions and a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. You can choose to add additional Loan Officers to your team or operate as an individual Loan Officer. Caliver Beach Mortgage is licensed in 28 states and growing, providing administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate.
Requirements
- An active NMLS/MLO license (required)
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools

- Business built largely on referrals
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a team
Responsibilities
- Run your business remotely on a P&L basis
- Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO
- Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes
- Close at least 3-5 units per month
