About The Position
Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Regional Loan Officer to run their business remotely on a P&L basis under the company's umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions and a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. The opportunity allows for building a team of additional Loan Officers or acting as an individual Loan Officer. Caliver Beach Mortgage is licensed in 28 states and provides administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate.
Requirements
- An active NMLS/MLO license (required)
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools

Responsibilities
- Run your business remotely on a P&L basis
- Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO
- Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes
- Close at least 3-5 units per month
