About The Position

Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Regional Loan Officer to run their own business remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions and a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. You will have the opportunity to add additional Loan Officers to your team or act as an individual Loan Officer. Caliver Beach Mortgage is licensed in 28 states and growing, providing administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a proven track record of developing referral partner relationships, and a history of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Requirements

An active NMLS/MLO license (required)
Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in relevant software and tools

Nice To Haves

Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a team
