Orlando Regional Loan Officer
About The Position
Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to run their business remotely on a P&L basis under the company's umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types. You have the option to act as an individual Loan Officer or build and lead a team. The company is licensed in 28 states and provides administrative, operational, and compliance support. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, a proven track record of developing referral partner relationships, and a history of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
Requirements
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools

Responsibilities
- Run your business remotely on a P&L basis
- Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes
- Close at least 3-5 units per month
- Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO
