Bridgeport Regional Loan Officer
About The Position
Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Regional Loan Officer to run their business remotely on a P&L basis. This role offers uncapped commissions and a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of Loan Officers or operate as an individual Loan Officer. Caliver Beach Mortgage is licensed in 28 states and provides administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing referral partner relationships and closing at least 3-5 units per month.
Requirements
- An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities
- Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
- Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO.
- Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
- Close at least 3-5 units per month.
