About The Position

Sitemetric seeks a Regional Leader (RL) to provide operational and leadership support across multiple Sitemetric projects within a designated region. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful launch of new sites, providing targeted support for underperforming sites/projects, maintaining stability for smaller projects, and facilitating smooth transitions of project-related leadership. The RL acts as a key liaison between site leadership (Site Logistics Leaders, Shift Leaders, and ACOs) and the Regional Director, fostering consistent performance, operational alignment, and professional development across all active projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, customer-focused team player with a positive attitude and a desire to make an impact in a fast-growing, innovative construction technology company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sitemetric Site Logistics Leader (SLL), with high performance ratings
  • OR Comparable management or leadership experience (at least two years) in an outside organization (construction/construction tech) at the same level of responsibility as an SLL
  • Proven ability to lead successful project teams, develop employees, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and others).
  • Creative, results-oriented, responsive, and operates with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to excel both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate complex business issues and propose resolutions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside of operations, using domain knowledge and communication/interpersonal skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
  • Innate drive to go beyond building buildings, to building an industry.
  • Willingness to participate in a pre-employment screening process (drug screen and background checks).

Responsibilities

  • Execute and lead new project startups.
  • Provide coverage and structure for underperforming or transitioning sites.
  • Support the development, mentoring, and alignment of site leadership teams.
  • Ensure consistent staffing of high-performing ACO IIs for smaller projects.
  • Conduct periodic oversight of smaller projects through site visits, communication checks, and performance reviews.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers for smaller projects, ensuring service quality and responsiveness.
  • Serve as on-site lead for new project startups, with daily onsite presence for a minimum of two weeks during the initial launch phase.
  • Coordinate with customers to establish expectations, deliverables, and communication standards for new project startups.
  • Create post-coverage plans aligned with customer requirements for new project startups.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting to staff sites with ACOs, Shift Leaders, and Site Logistics Leaders.
  • Lead orientation and training for new personnel.
  • Perform all functions of Site Logistics Leader until an official SLL is assigned and fully trained.
  • Lead a regional ACO II team, ensuring deployments align with operational priorities.
  • Coordinate ACO II utilization for new projects, underperforming projects, short-staffed or transitional sites, and leadership mentoring assignments.
  • Manage travel logistics and scheduling for ACO IIs in coordination with the Regional Director.
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching to ACO IIs to prepare them for expanded responsibilities.
  • Provide direct operational oversight of projects under 200 weekly billable hours.
  • Review site documentation, schedules, and reports regularly to ensure compliance and accountability for smaller projects.
  • Conduct customer communications and field checks to maintain trust and consistency for smaller projects.
  • Recommend structural adjustments or leadership assignments as projects expand and/or evolve.
  • Temporarily manage projects when an SLL departs or transitions.
  • Work with Recruiting and HR to identify suitable replacements and manage the transition process.
  • Maintain operational stability and customer confidence through periods of leadership turnover.
  • Deploy at the direction of the Regional Director to assist with underperforming or developing projects.
  • Assess site operations, documentation, and team engagement.
  • Develop and monitor remediation or recovery plans with site personnel.
  • Mentor site leaders to improve efficiency, compliance, and professional standards.
  • Represent the Regional Director during meetings, customer interactions, and/or site visits when needed.
  • Uphold Sitemetric’s standards of professionalism, consistency, and reliability in all field engagements.
  • Identify high-performing Site Logistics Leaders, Shift Leaders, and ACO IIs with potential for advancement.
  • Conduct quarterly leadership check-ins with site leadership to discuss performance, engagement, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the Regional Director to evaluate readiness for expanded assignments or promotion.
  • Lead training refreshers and leadership alignment sessions focusing on company standards, communication, and field professionalism.
  • Conduct scheduled and unannounced site audits to verify operational compliance and leadership engagement.
  • Use standardized audit checklists or scorecards to track quality and consistency.
  • Develop and monitor corrective action plans for any identified deficiencies.
  • Submit quarterly summaries of site performance and improvement actions to the Regional Director.
  • Support the Regional Director in maintaining open, professional communication with customers.
  • Serve as a secondary liaison for operational escalations, site performance, and/or staffing discussions.
  • Participate in customer kick-off, progress review, and closeout meetings as needed.
  • Reinforce company reliability and responsiveness through consistent customer engagement.
  • Maintain a visible and effective leadership presence across multiple projects.
  • Communicate proactively and consistently with the Regional Director regarding conditions, risks, and achievements.
  • Model engagement, professionalism, and accountability in all field and customer interactions.
  • Support operational stability, growth, and regional excellence by aligning site performance with company goals.
